Even More American Ethnic Recipes!The book contains almost 400 recipes, but......that hardly documents the whole world of ethnic cooking in America. This page directs you to more recipes that have turned up since the book was finished, and some collected by readers of the book.One thing to remember: Changes and compromises are very much part of American ethnic recipes. These are the recipes as used by Americans to express their ethnic heritage. (Even recipes from Native American groups show modern or foreign influences that have become part of today's Native American identity.)
